A captivating build which was a great resource for ideas. I pulled out the special hobby version for the night fighter champaign. A great rendition of the Ju 388. Thanks for allowing us on this ride.

Chuck,

My thesaurus melted while I tried to find superlatives for this extraordinary work!

Oh, and can we girls have a handsome flieger to ogle? Hmmm?

Hi Jessie,

Well, Chuck had The General and the Heinz Bar-looking guy in his Me 410 build -- guess they deserted. I'll save Chuck some handsome flieger-creating time with this:

P.S. That's Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome at my 6 O'clock low.

Thanks, my friends- you are too, too kind! I'm glad you've enjoyed these 340+ pages. Makes me tired just to type that number!

Jessie- we did have the brave Major, but he went down in flames over London with his Me410 (true story!) That said, the model is still safe on my shelf. I'll see about recruiting another man for the unit.

Frederick- what are you flying in? I've had the great fortune to visit Rhinebeck- it's a magical place indeed!

Again- thanks so very much for reading along as I pounded this heap into one piece- cheers!

What's next ?
I don't come on here much but every time I do I've made a bee line for this thread it's just awe inspiring. Excellent craftsmanship. I'm looking forward to whatever you do next.

Hi Chuk,

Red wing...would you believe it's their Dr.1?

Nah, didn't think so. It is their 1929 New Standard D25.

Yes, a magical place indeed!
