Just published by Albatros Productions are the first of a new series of printed facsimilies of original WW1 documents. The first pair will obviously be of huge interest to modellers building the new Wingnut Wings Albatros and Pup kits, as well as historians and early aviation enthusiasts.

The first booklet is a 16-page report by the Ministry of Munitions in March 1918 on the Mercedes 180hp engine. The document includes five photos, seven diagrams and a detailed side elevation, along with full technical data and analysis.

The second reproduction is a Southern Aircraft Repair Depot drawing office booklet on the Sopwith Scout 80 Le Rhône - i.e. the Pup. 20 pages include dimensional airframe drawings, fuselage controls, cowlings, wing structure, engine controls, rigging, dashboard, armament... everything the superdetailer needs.
