Academy have announced three new kits scheduled for the first quarter of 2012. Two of them are WW2 related American airplanes. We have also a jet on the list.

In 1/72 scale we wil have two sets of...

• P-51D & Me262A-1a "Tuskegee Airmen & Luftwaffe" - two model kits in one boxing.
  
• B-17G "15th Air Force"
  The kits above will be released in the "limited edition" series.
  
  ...and a jet in 1/48 scale:
  
• ROKAF T-50B "Black Eagles"

Academy's WW2 kits are surely inspired by the incoming movie - "Red Tails", which will be displayed in cinemas since late January. The boxart of the "Tuskegee Airman and Luftwaffe" even captures one of the scenes seen in the official movie trailer.

The decals for all sets are printed by Cartograf.
