Really nice texture. Believable as cast metal.

Tolga, Expert work! I am greatly impressed with your weathering - subtle dust and dirt (great spatter amongst the Vertical Volute Spring Suspension); paint streaking, and beautiful fuel/oil/lubricant spills, drips, stains.

Outstanding finishing on this model, A+ for armor in the field, very real. Is that the in-kit M2HB on the top?

Very nicely done, well executed. It certainly has the look of a well-used Sherman. If I may offer one constructive comment? It's not terribly easy to tell on my laptop, but it appears as if the pistol port surround is not blended in to the turret wall, but rather high-lighted with a pin wash. Am I mistaken?

Excellent job, superb streaking! I wish if you provide with more detailed pictures - for example front and side would be interesting to see closer.

Thank you very very much fellas.I'm flattered by your polite comments.. David, the kit is tamiya, and legend's resin conversion set. Bill, thanks a million, glad you liked the texture.. Frederick, thank you so much for your nice comment.. Hi Gary, yes it is from the kit.. Hi Russel,no you are not mistaken. I've highlighted it as it appeares higher.Does it look too bad? Hi Frantisek, sorry for my photography, hope to be better in time at taking photos..

Tolga: No, it doesn't look "bad", it's very nicely done. My choice of the word "highlighted" was probably poor. I was directing your attention to the area at the outer edge of the pistol port surround that should be blended in to the side of the turret. It appears that you have emphasized the join area with a pin wash instead. As I said, I may be wrong here as the pics don't have a really good shot of the left side of the turret. I thought that since you've obviously put a lot of time and effort into this model you would want to know that there MAY be a construction mistake.

Was The yellowing you did on the gun mantlet and sides done with oils or acrylics? it looks very convincing

Hey, all I know is..you could set this model up on a base of matched color model turf in front of an open field, align it with the landscape, and have some buddies dress in WW2 vintage tanker gear pose way back to match scale (forced perspective miniature shot) and take some of the most convincing model pics ever. This Sherman looks real as it gets in 1/35, I'd put it in my movie no problem. Even the stock in-kit M2HB looks good, which is refreshing to see.
