1⁄35Mystic Seaport Diorama
A Port in History...
Last fall, Pvt Parts (John Fortier) and I visited Mystic Seaport, Connecticut, and got a chance at viewing, and photographing this huge diorama.
This is an interesting large diorama of Mystic Seaport, time frame between 1850, through the 1870s. Although there was no scale listed, I would estimate it as being around 1/200th. The diorama also goes through a 24 hour period, so the lighting is constantly changing throughout the show. So it's not that some of the photos are dark, it's night!
