Andrea Jula - Sculpting Maestro

Historicus Forma Artist Q&A

The Historicus Forma (HFModeling.com) Artist Q&A is a monthly feature. Itís an interview with artists of the historical figure modelling world. These artists may include sculptors and painters; commercial and private modellers; well-known and lesser-known artists. Whoever they may be, the artists featured in Historicus Formaís Artist Q&A are highly respected members of our global community; people who have greatly influenced our world in their own way. As we honour these artists with this humble Q&A and photo feature, they honour us by sharing a piece of their world.

This month we chat to Andrea Jula, master sculptor over at Pegaso Models.

About meÖ

Iím 34, I was born in Genova and Iíve lived in Siena since 1996. Iím not married but I have a girlfriend, Cristina. No kids for the moment, but one dog and two cats!

My job is professional sculptor, and Iím one of the owners of Pegaso Models. As for other interests, I like to draft and paint - not figures. I like to go to fishing when I can (sometime Iím successful - sometimes not!), and I like to cook.
