I beg of you, please, whatever you do keep this kit AWAY from Sam she's been after this one for the last six months.

And the bidding starts............................who'll give me 30

THUMP.............................Sorry, fell off my chair .
Looking forward to seeing some progress on this Mal.
Will you be entering the Sci-fi MOM if it ever gets going ?

I nearly picked up one of these at the Aeroventure show, it was an amazing price at just 25 and the amount of plastic, etch, steel and a turned aluminium barrel well it certainly fills the box. I have already had the box open half a dozen times to study the instructions and kit parts. The biggest problem is going to be the zimmerit, all of the options should have it but no method to create it is supplied. Anyway, I'm looking forward to building it, but I can't see it being ready for Telford, In fact I'm thinking about putting it into a diorama

Yep Sci-Fi aswell

Anyone mind if a Yank pops in on this Chat?

Not at all Robert, welcome aboard
I have the Monogram B-24D, in fact I'm in the process of re-scribing it

Anyway, It'll be some good family History for Me & Logan to build this one together (Straight OOB, I think)- This one's going to hang in his room.

That will be awsome, you must post some in progress pics, especially with Logan "hands on", those sort of pics are always nostalgic for those of us that can remember building kits when we were youngsters, or particularly building with our dads

That along with my elder Brother's 500+ piece Bachmann/Lifelike HO scale train set oughta keep me & the Boys busy for some time over the winter...

Cool, I build Live steam locos for a living, I'm not sure what scale HO is but the ones that I build are about 19mm and are designed to run on garden railways

Oh, Yes-Mal- You simply MUST give us a quickie, tear-the wrappings-off-&-smell-the-styrene Review of the Wellie!!!!
PleasePleasePleasePleasePlease!!(Like especially- did they reproduce the Geodetic structure on the visible interior?)

I will, although it has been done alsewhere, but I can tell you that the Geodetic structure is moulded on the interior and pretty well done too, as is the rest of the interior. I should get mine in February

Cool Ross, I like the Vampire and Wolf ones the best. The "Crusader" spitfires are pretty good too. Thanks
