When i see the pics from Operation Peace for Galilee, I noticed the tracks of the IDF M60A1 are worn down to the bare metal. I guess I have to get AM tracks and reproduce the wear and tear myself.

You could sand down every rubber pads and carve the ones which will remain visible to show the metal.

thats exactly the idea. A little work involved, but who cares. But first I have to get me a set of injection molded tracks.

I have done this with a Dremel before but it’s tedious. There is an aftermarket resin set that replicate this. Never bought it but is looks impressive. It was announced here several years ago.

Thanks Rob. But announced sveral yaers ago doesn´t mean is still around. I wait for AFV Club kit from one shop and Bronco tracks from another shop. Then I will decide.
