I'm working on a Sanger B-47 kit in 1/48 scale.
The B-58 engine set I was going to use is no longer available (Seller was wiped out by the California fires) so I am looking for an alternative to use for the engine fronts.
I'd prefer to just have the front fans because the B-47 did not have the afterburners found on the B-58 engines.

My first thought was to use one of the many different styles of Cannon and Company dynamic brake fans, but they look nothing like what you need. However, based upon what the fan actually looks like, I think you could make one from Evergreen strip, by laying the blades on top of one another around a central hub. By not leaving any gaps, you might be able to cast the others after making one good one.
