I received "a few" 1/72 kits for review today, which included this remarkable contrast...
Type 94 on the left, E-100 on the right:

Molded-on spare track?? OUCH!! (Maybe that's Dragon's latest release!)

Trumpeter... Fake tracks.
Just wait until you see the latest "next generation" Dragon release - still no spare track links at all, but one piece moulded wheel and track units.

Shame on them! (Dragon and Trumpeter) Looks like they don't give a flying **** anymore.

And you just figured that out? Woe be them that ignore how Flyhawk, ModelCollect and a few others are nipping at their ankles of what were these "main stream" manufacturers. Note my using the past tense!

Cheers,
Jan

The larger the scale, the more detail.

That may be Matt, but I for one am definitely not making room in my display cabinet for a 1/35 scale E-100. Still trying to figure out where my 1/35 Morser Karl with railway transporter is going to go if /when I ever finish it.

On the plus side, that tiny Type 94 by IBG comes with a sheet of photo etch.

Flyhawk is no longer nipping at anyone's ankles - they already chewed them (Dragon, et al.) up and spit them out! Flyhawk is at the top of the game for both 1/72 armor and 1/700 ships. KUDOS!!
