I took the link you provided to the hosting site for your pictures. I right-clicked on your photo and chose "copy image location" and then returned here. In the text box for my reply I chose the IMG button and substituted the address I copied for the text inside the [img] [ / i m g] tags.

So now that i found out how to upload pictures here let me explain few things.
The reason why I choose 1/25 scale is because a few (well, more than a few) years ago, I wanted a 1/25 scale Panther ausf G tank for a Battle of the Bulge diorama i was planning to build.
So i bought a Jagdpanther and a Panther a from Academy (i had way more money back then:-). The initial idea was to remove the top of the Jagdpanther and use the turret from the Panther.
Until I discovered that that turret was inaccurate shape and size wise.
So i scratchbuild a new one from scale plans in a modelling magazine.

This is the result.
Now i was left with a Panther hull. What to do with it?
At first i thought abouth cating the turret so as to have a D model Panther as well.
But this never happened for a lot of reasons wich i am not gonna bother you with .
It was then that I found out abouth the Bergepanther, and thougt; well that could be interesting.
Little did i know that it involved that much work.

And this is where i am now.

yes, I agree. This looks great. Not too many armor projects in 1/25 here but there are a few. I'd like to see more from you.

Very very very nice work so far. I am not used to seing this recovery vehicle being built and now,all of a sudden,we have two at the same time! 1/35 and 1/25!! Nice. I will also repeat,why are there no companies making a high grade kit of this vehicle yet?

Well said, but i think it has to do with the cost ( hasn't it always).You can use the interior only for a certain amount of vehicles, and, well, from experience I can say you have to built a lot of interior. Beside that, you also have to make the winch and all the exterior parts witch you can't use on any other vehicle. So they are exclusive only to the Bergepanther. Or one can do it the cheap (read Italeri) way.

The 1/35 Tiger model designs model was one time built over at Track-link when it came out. I have it bookmarked and use it as reference. whitch is kinda odd, using a smaller scale as reference . But it's such a beautifull and higly detailed model, so why not. Also on their site you can download the instructions for the conversion which are olso very helpful.

Anyway, everybody thanks for the comments, now I know i am on the right track with the Bergepanther. because when one sits working in his own room one never knows what others may or may not say abouth their progress.

You see that not all are finished, that is, because before you get bored from working to long on one part of the project you can switch to another. ther's enough to choose from

Why You didn`t use PE parts dedicated to panther A and Panther G. There are grills, fenders,tool racks , claimps etc.

If you look at the pictures a few post back , you see that i used the grills on the fan covers. For the tool racks I plan to use the aber tool clamp set. but haven't gotten around yet to begin with them.
Besides, I am not a big fan of using photo etch, so wil us as little of it as possible. Call me old-fashioned.

Wow. Your work is amazing. Absolutely love what you have done so far. I'll be watching this thread to see how she turns out!
