It's certainly a bit quirky and I find that sort of thing a bit more fun than the regular vehicles. The brits ceetainly like to experiment thats for sure.

Very interesting indeed. And very well done! Seems as though the British had an affinity for one-off designs and using existing vehicles in unusual roles. This could be seen as a pre-cursor to the D-Day "funnies."

First post on here other than a hi on the introductions bit.
This is my first build for a good few years as been away from the hobby. Had this conversion in mind years ago but then there were only the Emhar offerings and just didn't fancy working with those.
This is the Takom MK IV Female with the tower etc added on top. I've attached pics of the original machine too.
Based at RNAS Pulham in 1918 this tank was used on a trial basis to see if tanks were suitable for the towing and ground handling of airships. Airship 23 seen here was one of four built in her class for training crews. If also modeled at the same 1:35 scale would be a whopping 4.65m long!
