Thanks for the quick answer, Michael. I might do a me 110 bomber interceptor or night fighter. Anyway, I will probably change my mind more times before cutting plastic

Hi all,
Mind if I tag along too?
I have the Revell re-release of Monogram's 1:48 scale P-61 Black Widow in the stash somewhere, and I was also considering a Hawker Tempest, Hawker Hunter, Focke-Wulf 190, Gloster Meteor, Supermarine Swift, or maybe even a J2M4 or a Mig 9 or something like that.
I will have to do some more looking around before making my final decision, but as I am not a fan of very modern jets, that does narrow the field down a little bit. Still there are so many subjects out there to choose from, this is going to be a really tough choice......

Simon,

While those are all possibilities, I think the Raiden fits the bill most precisely. Let us know what you decide on and welcome aboard!

Wow, this on has started to ignore me back. I'm still aiming towards the F-106, mostly because I haven't found the F-89 yet.

I bought yesterday an Eduard Mig 21MF on impulse. That is an interceptor, isn't it?

It will be great if I could have this campaign as an excuse to build it and the pleasure of your company.

Just joined. Bought the Airfix 1/48 English Electric Lightning- now that really is a pure interceptor!

OK folks, it's 1 July up the river at Greenwich and that's good enough for me. The Bomber Fighter Campaign is now live! The official thread can be found here, please post your discussion and in progress pics there. This thread will now be locked. See you on the other side!
