Well i think after the bad start to last year we apparently seem to be having a good start to this year.

As some of you know from chatting at Bolton we have been looking at houses. We saw one today and have put an offer in on it which was accepted in 10 mins All the paperwork has been signed with the building society so fingers crossed the credit checks go through ok and the survey turns out ok.

Its a mid terrace, rececntly had electrics done, damp course and insulation. Looks very tidy apparently gets warm easily, area it is in is ok not the best but we are happy with it.

So fingers crossed we could be in our own place soon. Any of you are welcome to drop in or stay if going to a show etc once we are settled

Allen says "mancave" (person cave) is going to be 12'3"x 11'1" (or 12'0" x 7'10" not sure which one he wants for an office)

thats good news sam,
as for the man(person) cave issue over xmas i set up my computer and buisiness stuff on the end of my modelling bench.
its only been on the to-do list for 6 years!
and keep an eye on alan if he gets the DIY bug, look where it got me!
