For those of you not in the Know this is where the 56th Fighter group were based for a while during the war and it's a great little museum. I visited for the open day Yesterday. Highlight of the Day below:-

It certainly was a good day. We were very lucky that there was a window in the weather which enabled the Mustangs to display, and Maurice reported that is was a bit of a rough ride!
It was fabulous seeing the two P-51's display again, and I can of course certainly recommend a visit to the museum!

If its not enough that Nige and Andy recommend this museum, I also would say go and have a look this is a great little museum.
Shame I couldn't make the open day.
