Spawned from our "Gator Navy" Campaign, comes this fine photo gallery of Keith Richardsons' diorama depicting an amphibious landing on the beaches of Tarawa, the spotlight of this MSW "On Display" Feature!

I am so pleased to see this on the gallery, for ages I've wanted to build a second D-Day landing, but there so few dioramas around, especially as good as the one displayed here, love the explosions along with just about everything else here. Well done

The timing on this feature is perfect--HBO's The Pacific is now up to the Peleliu assault, so a beach scene with Marines is most appropriate.

They say amphibious landings are the most complex of military evolutions, and I'm the same would apply to dioramas of such things as well. You pulled it off, Keith!
