Has anyboy had a look at the new Revell 1/72 EE Lightning? Is it a reissue of the old Frog/Hasegawa kit or the old Matchbox? The price of 9.99 at Hannants to me indicates that it probably isn't the old Matchbox kit, since reissues of these old kits usually are a lot cheaper. Besides that kit could also be built as a two-seater. I certainly hope that it is a new tooling since a new up to date kit of this aicraft is very much needed! I've got a ton of decals waiting for a new decent 1/72 Lightning. At least Xtrakit (MPM) has announced the realese of a new kit for the Mk.3 so I will be able to use up some of them.

Thanks Steffen. Well, just have to wait for the new Xtrakit then.
