I wish Mike every success it's nice to see a new business start up, especially model related, in the current climate. Please Mike make customer service top of your agenda. I know from my own experiences and particularly those of the company that I work for, that this is, possibly, the one thing that keeps customers coming back. My employer, Roundhouse, is going from strength to strength due to quality of product and customer services.
