A new release from Omega Models and I must admit I knew absolutely nothing about this aircraft before the release by Omega Models, but looks a handsome beast. Resin with vac-formed canopies and turrets. Not a cheap kit though.
SV- 10 - attack aircraft developed by Belgian company Stampe et Vertongen. The plane was designed for the Belgian Air Force, who wanted an aircraft to perform the tasks of heavy fighter , light bomber, attack aircraft and reconnaissance aircraft. For these purposes, the aircraft was heavily armed - one 20 - mm cannon and five 7.62 -mm machine guns , and it was able to carry light bombs weighing up to 600 kg . The aircraft engines were two French production Gnome-Rhone 14Krsd Mistral Major 800 hp. The first flight took place in early 1935 . During the tests the aircraft was lost as a result of an accident, when it spun into the ground killing both occupants. The pilot Leon Stampe was the son of the joint owner of the company Jean Stampe. Not surprisingly after this tragedy the project was abandoned.

Cat no: 72425
Price: 75 euros
