Eduard is to release a number of detail sets for the HKM 1/48 scale B-17G this coming April
The detail sets for the HKM 1/48 B-17G will include:
481012 B-17G ammo feed chutes 1/48 HKM
491072 B-17G wooden floors & ammo boxes 1/48 HKM
648538 B-17G engines 1/48 HKM
BIG49246 B-17G Part I 1/48 HKM
This set includes the following:
•491057 B-17G cockpit 1/48
•491061 B-17G nose interior 1/48
•491062 B-17G waist section 1/48
•FE1058 B-17G seatbelts STEEL 1/48
•EX678 B-17G paint masks 1/48

Looks great in the pics ....and how does it look once all closed up with the canopies on? If you are doing a cut-away model then the wood effects will probably look good but otherwise, they look like an (expensive) waste of time on a model like this. Some years ago I went nuts on the Monogram B-17 interior and it was the ultimate exercise in futility once I closed it all up. Gary
