Revell of Germany is reissuing the MRC/Academy OH-58D in 1/35 scale.

Revell of Germany is reissuing/reboxing the 1/35 MRC/Academy OH-58D with new markings. It comes with two marking options: an overall sand scheme from Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm ('90-'91), and an overall Helo Drab Green scheme from the late '90s in Kosovo.

It is a really nice kit and builds up well. There are a couple update/detail sets for it by both Werner's Wings and Zacto Models. It also comes with two really nice pilots, probably the best in plastic.

Thanks for posting this Tim. It has some interesting markings. The sand one looks to be based on this OH-58D from Operation Desert Shield/Storm ('90-'91). OH-58D 85-24727, H-Company, 4th Brigade, 3rd Aviation Regiment, 3rd Infantry Division

Here is a link to the ROG kit instructions as well. Also of note, during Desert Shield/Storm, OH-58Ds were not armed. They were still used as observation helicopters as part of a hunter/killer team.
