Silver Wings have published their first build-guide in a while, and this time the subject is their 1:32 resin kit of the Reggiane Re 2000 Heja/J-20. This represents the early version with a fully enclosed cockpit that was also sold to Hungary and Sweden.
Written by an author who may well be somewhat familiar to Aeroscale readers, the build guide gives a step-by-step accompaniment to the kit's instructions and includes around 50 photos of each stage, with a dowload link for a .PDF version to save and view offline.

The Reggiane Re 2000 Heja/J-20 Build Guide is live now on Silver Wings' website HERE.

Please remember, when contacting retailers or manufacturers, to mention that you saw their products highlighted here - on AEROSCALE.

Thought he had been quiet recently. An nicely detailed kit, and very informative build guide. Andy

Poor Rowan, I'm affraid that since stepping back from Aeroscale he quickly started getting old. He had build the model but completely forgot to paint it...

Hi Michal Darn it! I knew there was something I'd forgotten! Actually, building it "raw" like this was quite frustrating, because I really wanted to do the model justice and finish it with a full paint job and markings. I started out thinking I might be able to glue it together temporarily, so that I could disassemble it and start again conventionally after the build-guide was published, but the weight of the major resin parts made that impracticable. All the best Rowan
