SBS Model should set a few pulses racing with their announcement today of their second a detailed 1:72 resin kit of the iconic 1930s racer - the de Havilland DH.88 Comet. With the master parts in the final stages of preparation, SBS Model have sent us 3D renders to whet our appetites.
The new Comet will include metal undercarriage legs and PE parts and will appear in two versions:

SBS7003 DH-88 Comet 'Red & Green' - featuring G-ACSS "Grosvenor House" and G-ACSR.
SBS7004 DH-88 Comet 'Blacks' - featuring G-ACSP "Black Magic", later re-registered as CS-AAJ "Salazar".

SBS Model are predicting an April launch, so watch out for more updates as the release date draws nearer.
