Here's some reconnaissance on the new 1:48 MiG-21R coming this month from Eduard. Eduard has released their promotional material on the upcoming MiG kit, let's take a look!
This is Eduard's fifth entry to their MiG-21 family, and follows on the heels of the MiG-21PFM from this summer. The kit features an all new sprue with three different versions of the reconnaissance pods as well as newly tooled wings. The new wings include not only the recce specific wingtip pods, but improved tooling on the panel details as well.

This kit should be arriving to shops within a matter of days. We hope to have a review copy to provide a more detailed examination of this important MiG-21 variant and the supporting aftermarket being released along with it.

At first glance, Eduard has done an outstanding job on this release like each of the others.

Please remember, when contacting retailers or manufacturers, to mention that you saw their products highlighted here - on AEROSCALE.
