Glen Coleman has sent us photos of built-up test shots of Kitty Hawk's new quarterscale Foxbat.
Two versions of the kit are planned - a single-seater with the option to display the radar equipment in the nose, and a dual-seat trainer. The first of Kitty Hawk's MiG-25s is due for release towards the end of September.

Please remember, when contacting retailers or manufacturers, to mention that you saw their products highlighted here - on AEROSCALE.

Cool, I want one, the single seater version any way

I don't know why, but to me all of their kits look over-engineered. They put lots of detail, but the fit is poor. However this MiG-25 is a very welcome release. Kind regards, Sven.

The kit isn't necessarily over-engineered, it is just setup for multiple variants, not only the interceptor and trainer that have been shown so far, but also the recce versions. There are a few curiosities with what they're showing on the test shot, but it is a test shot, so we can hope they'll sort some of those things out before production.
