I wonder if the Starfighter is reboxed Hasegawa?

For me it looks for a new tool. In some comment company have stated they still don't know which version it will be.

If they engineer the parts breakdown correctly it will be quite easy to do any and all of the Starfighter variants. That would be great to see.

On this year´s toy fair the Starfighter was announced as a "New Moulds" kit.
JUN 01, 2013 - 12:32 PM
I confirm the F-104 is a new mould, and it is a G. There has been a lot of talk about it on the Italian forums as the release of this much awaited kit (at least in Italy) has been postponed several times. Some said Italeri sold the moulds to Trumpeter, but it seems they will eventually manage to issue the kit on their own. The decal sheet is quite rich and allows to depict several aircrafts (Italy, NL, Germany, the major European users, plus Canada are included IIRC)
