Don't hold your breath. The book has been listed there for almost 2 years - release date 13/12/2010. Status is the parent firm of Mushroom Model Publications. It is quite common to find books from this stable listed on Amazon but find no mention on the MMP website. Their release dates can be taken with a pinch of salt. They are often delayed, sometimes for years, or never appear at all. For example; History of 311 Squadron has a release date of 28/09/2012. This has been advertised for several years with revised release dates. Biography of Stanislaw Skalski release date 12/12/2006 This one you will never see, I know the aythor and he had a big falling out with them. French Bombers and Reconn Aircraft 1940 release date 30/09/2009. This one has been listed in the MMP catalogue for the last 4 years. A search revealed the following books with release dates for this year; Spitfire XVI (Polish Wings) 26/11/2012 Hungarian Fighter Colours 28/10/2012 P38 J-L 28/09/2012 Malta Spifire Vs 1942 Colours and Markings 28/12/2012 Pucara Story 28/12/2012 I expect the Polish Wings Spitfire Mk XVI will appear at the end of this year or beginning of 2013. As for the rest- who knows?
