Does anyone know of any Short Stirling model kits? I am looking for a MK.3. (1/72 or less is preferrable) And i'll need some custom decals for aircraft BF457 'B' of no. 15 Sqn, RAF. One of my friend's Great Grandfather was the nose-gunner/bombadier in this aircraft when he was shot down over Holland in January 1943 by Hans Johachim Jabs. P/O Williams was his name. I'd like to do a tribute for my friend.
Thanks guys...

The only Stirling that i'm aware of is the old Airfix kit. State of the art in it's time, but a bit long in tooth now. If you're prepared to fill a few seams and replace some of the cruder parts then it's an accurate model, just 1970s not 2000s standard.

As far as I know, the old (1966 vintage) Airfix kit is the only Stirling kit available. Builds as a B-I/III version.
