this looks like a re-boxing of the revell kit that came out a year or so ago, same canopy layout and some of the decals are the same.

Yes, you are correct. However if scalemates is correct the Revell kit is a rebox of the SH kit. As I recall all boxing’s have the option as the all have different tails, so except for markings you could have made one with the first release in 2014.
