Gary,
nice idea. I cannot resist a Schwalbe campaign. I still have a nice decal sheet from the last campaign.

Out of curiosity, Gary, why wait so long for the start date?

Michael,
I chose the date because usually when I see a campaign proposed you often see replies like: "I'm in too many campaigns now, maybe in six months"... etc. I'm flexible, tho.

It's still only 6 months away.

Gaz, count me in!

Been a long time since I’ve been active in a campaign, and like you, I have more than one box of the Schwalbe stacked around. More than time to finally bring one to the bench. Choice will be Tamyia-san 1/48.

Cheers

Gazza, you're killing me mate! The last Schwalbe Campaign was my doing, and I still haven't managed to finish my build for THAT ONE . I just can't see myself saying no to this one either, especially since this kit just somehow made its way into my stash.

To summarise, I'm IN!!!

Cheers, D

Well, it’s great to see so many old friends keen to join this campaign! Still, we need a couple more to make the official Ten.

Pete, I’m sure that your skills should enable you to build one completely from photo etch should you so desire. Please sign on the dotted line below.

I Peter aka Petbat do hereby enlist in the Schwalbe II Campaign.............................

Pete,
Good luck with that! Revell has a brand new tool 1/32 kit that would probably make her swoon. Or file...

Bob,
Welcome! Glad to have you with us. That gives us ten and a half (Peter until he gets approval )

Anyway... I'll prepare the submission!

I'm in.
I'll have to dig the name of the orig donor up, but someone sent me a resin cannon nose conversion for the first campaign.
I was working on two parallel builds and managed to get the nightfighter done for the campaign and stalled on the cut and paste job.
THAT one gets finished this time!

I had been building the Hobby Boss Me-202A-1a which took a lot of putty to make the wing mate with the fuselage.

Thia time I was looking for an easier build. Had my eye on an Italeri Me-262 A-1a. Any thoughts on its construction? Pros and Cons?

Bob, if you’re talking about their 1/48 model then it’s the reissue of the old Trimaster/Dragon kit.
Not saying it’s a bad kit, rather the opposite, but easy for you to find s9me online build reviews of it. A bit of work, yes, but quite nice results from it.

Cheers
