Hi Gang,
I have now plucked up the courage to start my Revell 1/32nd scale F-15C (yes the SWMBO has pointed out where am i going to put it when it`s finished ). What i was wondering is would it be wrong to put WWII nose art on her ?.I have seen many photos on the interweb where for a celebration/open day the commanders/CAG`s bird has had a "one-off" display to zap it up a bit.
My reason for asking this is i recently finished a P-51D Mustang using Kit World`s AM decal sheet for Charles Weaver`s Bird and am left with one really nice piece af nose art which seems a damn shame to leave gathering dust in the spares box.
Comments from my fellow modellers would be most welcome.

I agree. Unless you were doing highly historically accurate modelling for a museum or competition which required it, go ahead and do it. This is a hobby. Some of the components are enjoyment and fun. It is a great way to take the stress and heaviness out of the day, and it is time well earned. Enhoy what you do, then post some photos so we can all appreciate it, too.

Once a friend built a StuG III. in a Martini Racing finish, just for fun, and it looked very good. Since then, I do not care what nitpickers say, your hobby is your fun, and if you like it, make it. Just my 2 cents.

Do you have a local photoshop that can render your, say, 35mm pics onto a CD that you could upload to here? Got a 35mm camera?.....
