Do these seatbelts fit in a Spitfire?

Hi,

Just a quick question for those familiar with flying things British.
Are these seatbelts left over from a P-39/P-400 PE set suitable for a Spitfire mk.I?

To my knowledge, that's a regular Sutton harness, but if it's right for a Spit, I'm not 100% sure.
Can you help me out?

It does not look like a Sutton harness at all to me. Check this website http://folk.uio.no/hungnes/avia/spitfire/Sutton.html for good reference on the Sutton harness in Spitfires.

You can try making from lead foi with buckles from PE or soldering wirel. Like Chris Wauchop from Hyperscale always does:



On my opinion belts like that above look more realistic than ones from PE.
