Hi Guys,
Hope you can help.
I've recently been given a metal Spitfire Mk 1.pre painted etc.
However the cockpit was badly damaged and I'm wanting to replace it but I have no idea as to the scale.
The wingspan is approx 9.1 inches(23.3 cm)
The length is approx 7.3inches(19.7 cm)

Any ideas

Chris

Hi Chris.
Those dimensions are within a mm or so of the stated dimensions for the Tamiya MKI Spitfire in 1:48.

Hi Chris

Falcon produce superb vacuformed canopies (also available under the Squadron banner) - I'm sure they'll have a Spitfire Mk 1 in the range.

All the best

Rowan
