Fokker E.II/III Build

  • move
Gary Boxall has built, out of the box, the Fokker E.II/III (Early) in 1/32 scale using the Wingnuts Wings kit. He used Ez-Line and scratchbuilt buckles for the rigging. He stated that having been mostly concentrating on armor for many years, this is first aircraft in a long time. Well, does not look like he lost the skill, very impressive finish.

Beautiful build of this great kit, and the weathering is very convincing-- makes me want to pull mine out of the 'stash. VR, Russ

Incredible build Gary. I like the turned metal effect on the cowling. Very realistic.

Hi Gary That is gorgeous! Darn you, though! - just when I've got my build schedule sorted out for the next wee while, it's got me thinking I [i]really[/] must tackle my own WNW kit one of these day!... All the best Rowan

HI Gary, Your Eindecker looks FANTASTIC !!. How 'bout an Immelmann or Boelcke figure to go with it? We make both - sculpted by Mike Good, the likeness of each is spot on. Check them out here: LINK They would look great next to your build. Best regards, Paul
