Some notes about the model
This is my 1/32 Hasegawa Bf 109G-10 Nacht Jäger which I modified to a Bf 109G-14/AS. I used the EagleParts spinner and cockpit battery box fittings and the Quickboost Bf-109G/K exhausts. The seat belts/harness are Eduard. I used an acupuncture needle, suitably modified, for the canopy brace wire. Paints are Xtracolor and Model Master. Decals are from EagleCals sheet #81 "Bf 109G-14/AS & G-10s". Now that I've finished the model, Hasegawa is coming out with this very aircraft! It was a fun build and I hope you enjoy the photos. Next up will be a ProModeller 1/32 Bf 109G-4 Trop converted to a Bf 109F-4/Z Trop. John Bardwell

great looking model John ! ..as its a JG 300 subject I feel bound to add some additional info ..hope you don't mind! 'green 3' was Lt. Willi Trabert 's G-14/AS assigned during late 1944 at Mark Zwuschen when Trabert was Staffelfuehrer of 11./JG 300. His a/c was equipped with a gun camera & the aperture in the port wing leading edge is one detail that I might have added (he says) to this replica - gun cameras were not widely used in the Jagdwaffe being generally reserved only for those pilots likely to bring back some interesting footage. The small G-6 style wing wheel bulges are spot on....as are the lower cowl chin bulges and the deeper oil cooler, seen on late G-14s produced by Messerschmitt only prior to the introduction of the K-4

A very beautiful Bf109 in a beautiful scheme... @ Neil: Is there any conversion set or how does this gun camera and aperture look like?

..would be a very simple addition. Here's a pic of Trabert's a/c that J-Y Lorant sent me from his book;
