In my modeling, I tend to build
models based on the unusual or unique to preserve the story behind the
oddity. The following is such an effort.
A few years back (August 1972) Wings
Magazine did a profile series on the Curtiss P-36. At the time, it was a
rather popular model with some.
Some may have seen it in its Finnish
Air Force markings as seen to the right.
