Burgers and Beulia-Base' The air would be thick with menthol smoke and fry grease. A dimly light dive for those highly afflicted with AMS. Sort of retro-neuvue.

Here is a soul wrenching bit of prose from my painful experience building the Battle Axe 1/32 Fokker D.VII...

Cry HAVOC! and let slip the dogs of modeling!!! Against said French creation, fortify yourselves and entreat with mercy as it sucumbs to thine prowess. Yet let it not lay dormant on thine shelf in mocking entreats, yet pull it down and remove it from its security and apply thine work! Now it is time to arm, to carve, hack and empale it on thine Xacto pike, naked and without its guarded safety disarm said battle axe. Nay, drop not thine heart into the sink of fear. From Calais to Burgundy to Orleans send the word that its has not bested thee. Years from now modelers on other websites will think themselves accursed that they not partook of our victories here. Therefore good friends strip your sleeves bare your scars and say '...these I earned on St. Fokker's kit.' Be not compelled to cruelty to its creator, but rejoice at the challenge as then the victory will be all the sweeter. Let thine 'ingenuity' glow like a burning torch light of the watch into the darkness. So the cloak of darkness not smother its guiding light. Old men forget but we not forget we few we happy few, for he that survives this build has shared in it victory. Dispose the empty sprue.
