Nice looking kit. Interesting that they printed decals for the cowl mirrors to check the landing gear. Happy they intend for the weights to be secured with a cradle.

I was really excited about this kit,wanted Tamiya to do a 1/48 P-38 for avlong time,and from what I have seen and heard in build logs,its a nice kit.
I have so many kits in my stash though,before I jump on this,I am going to hold out for a NMF finish version,with invasion stripes,or "Marge"
