Hi,
Does anyone know of any manufacturer/distributor/hobbyshop (preferably in Canada) that makes/sells 1/48 scale seated pilot figures that don't cost a fortune?
I'm building a 1/48 Stuka and I would like to put two figures in it. I'm not a master builder so they don't have to be highly detailed or even German, I really wouldn't notice.

I would look on Ebay, there's usually quite a selection there. Sometimes with very reasonable prices, and/or free shipping.

I agree. There are some German ones there now.

Darren, for the Stuka there is an appropriate crew set from Hecker + Goros. These figures are made out of lead but in very high Quality. The manufacturerer isn´t anymore but I´ve seen an italian shop offering this specific set at eBay.de at the moment. I do have this set and I can recommend you this one as the pilot and rear gunner/wireless operator really upgrade the impression. Maybe you can also find a vacuformed canopy for them to show them with opened canopy
