I didn't pick up the 17Z kits as I already had 4 CA kits in the stash but I did get both of the 215 kits and am mostly through the B-4 variant. I liked that the side wall detail all has positive locators and all fits like it should unlike many Special Hobby and CA kits. Fit while not Tamiya is still quite good. I'm hoping sales of these will be good enough that they will consider doing the 17E/F and M/P variants as well. Nice review, thanks !

Very good review Fred. I am not really a builder of WWII types but this release is seriously tempting. Also inspired by the two 215 build logs else where on this site.

Nice review Fred

Now you've definitely got all the excuses you need to clear a workspace in your potentially wonderful new basement.

All the best

Rowan
