..thanks for the review Andy.. got one of these sitting near the bench. Was disappointed with the arrangements for the engine to be honest. If I've understood correctly you can't actually build the engine into the kit and still hope to fit the cowl cover parts...

One or two less obvious things I doubt Eduard have rectified is the duplication of handholds etc on both sides of the fuselage and the location isnt quite right either. I built the E7 Trop but I imagine much of a muchness about the kits.

Thats right, not to be able to lift off the cowl and display the engine anyway (its not that well detailed anyway...not suprisingly Eduard released a resin Brassin engine and cowls. (the trumpeter engine is far better detailed though small so it fits.) But I chopped my engine about so at least it can be seen through the various slots in the cowl.
