I am an artist and sometimes do strange, strange things. This little doodle is an entry in a contest of an art forum I frequent. You get a wooden egg and your imagination and go it. Wheeeeee!

Cheers!

Hi Chuck

I think that's sorted the pics.

Great work and imagination! This sort of "gizmology" is how a lot of the famous models for Gerry Anderson shows were made. I'm not sure if they ever used an egg though...

All the best

Rowan

P.S. I reckon this would make a perfect Feature for ModelGeek when you're finished.

Hi Chuck
Is this what they call a jump in evolution? Mother duck must feel vey proud having an offspring that can look after itself against all predators!

Hi Chuck!
Always a pleasure to witness what your skills can create!

Just one question, though: if that's the egg, where the "chick"????
ciao

I had no idea what to expect when I saw the thread title...

This is pretty cool - can't wait to see some paint on it. And...

I want some of whatever you're drinking too!

Hi Chuk
It's interesting BUT you should be spending more time on the Me 410 build the girls are more exciting.
A serious question if I may.Apart from the Blogged build how many other kits do you do?

Cheers

Chris

Many thanks!

I'm still working on my Me410, but this service project has a deadline zooming up, so here's more egg-citement!

Hi Chuk, and once again you have floored me !! Super awesome job and some wild imagination to boot.

A quick question regarding the title of the thread. Are you telling us that an Ape and a Dog got it together, and one of them LAID AN EGG ??? Man, you worry me sometimes

This single thread is an encyclopedia of finishing technique.
Thankyou Chuck. Very well done.
