Oh, this is such good news (especially since I sanded too much off the tail boom of my Rareplanes Vacform kit). Is this the first 1/72 injection kit of the FB5? Shouldn't this be listed under the "Cold War" section?

If we're dividing rabbits, the Vampire's design and development were all before 1950 which is the date the categories split.

It's not a new tool (the 42 parts are a clue)- it is the 1970s Heller tooling that has been released by others, including Airfix. See IPMS Deutschland's summary of Revell 2011 releases here (listed as a Mk.I, but same kit number): http://www.ipmsdeutschland.de/FirstLook/Hersteller_News/Revell_News_2011.html They also have a preview here with sprue shots: http://www.ipmsdeutschland.de/FirstLook/Revell/Rev_Vampire_FB5/Rev_Vampire_FB5.html
