The period covered in 'US Navy and Marine Corps Aviation 1919-1941' is widely regarded as the 'Golden Era' of US Naval aviation, and one of the most colourful of eras in aviation history. Over 550 different model designations appeared during this time, many numbered only a handful of aircraft, so we have concentrated on illustrating the main production types, which in most cases were significant aircraft which contributed to the development of naval aviation.

This is a perfect companion to the other three books in the Wings Series and follows the hugely successful Wings of Stars (US Army Air Corps 1919-1941) books.

This is a massive reference source and will sure to be as popular as the other 'Wings' books.
