For you modelers not content to place your finished Migs, Sukhoi or Aeros on the shelf, Armory have released this reproduction of Soviet style concrete slabs to sit your aircraft on. The price seems rather high although I suspect it could be miscalculated as I saw the same thing on the Hannants website for around £21.99 and Scale Model Kits website for $30.95 So it will be worth shopping around.
PAG-14 Soviet airfield concrete plates.
18pieces in the set, total dimensions 375x252cm [143/4” x 10”]
Ref no: AR ACA4805
Price: 45 euros

Are they definitely 1/72 though? I've mailed Armory to ask. They're in the 1/48th section on the Armory web site, and they've got a catalog number similar to Armory's other 1/48th releases.

Oh, and just to make things more confusing, the pics give the dimensions as being 375 x 252cm. That's not just big enough for a MiG-29, it's over 11' x 8' - probably a typo, but given the $58 price tag, it actually becomes very cheap :-) Not sure most people will have sufficient space for one though...
