Impatient at the pace of sales for the Eurofighter around the world, 4+ Publications have released under their series of monographs on aircraft 'Mark 1 guide', Eurofighter Typhoon 'what if colours and markings'.

Designed by a four-nation European consortium, the Eurofighter EF-2000 represents the 4th generation combat jet, primarily intended for air defence but also having a limited air-to-ground capability. With the prototypes flying in 1994 and the first production aircraft in 2003, the initial contract called for 620 planes for the UK, Germany, Italy and Spain, while later, Austria and Saudi Arabia also became type users. Recently, other states have been offered the Typhoons to replace their aircraft currently in service, so it is likely that the Eurofighters will soon be seen wearing new liveries and markings.
The "Dozen Set" line of handbooks is aimed especially at scale modellers. Each title describes twelve particular aeroplanes, documented by period photos, and also brings useful detailed shots which can be utilised in finishing the models.
The publication has 28 pages (identical to previously published book on the Eurofighter Typhoon, MKD006), plus extra 4 separate sheets with new camouflage profiles, including a total of 49 overall and detailed photographs, 12 pages with original colour camouflage schemes and their description. Text in English. A comprehensive new decal sheet is added for modellers' convenience. Two variants of this title are available, one including 1/48 scale decal sheet (MKD48009) and another 1/72 scale decals (MKD72009). Following fictitious aircraft are depicted on each decal sheet: Czech Air Force (1x), Canadian Armed Forces (1x), Swiss Air Force (1x) and Japanese Air Self Defence Force (1x).
