Hi Jean-Luc That was pretty much my reaction too when Jim told me about these yesterday. Those WW2 colours look very tempting! All the best Rowan

Well, do you know a European source? While Guy is a nice guy (he speaks even German ) I do not want to pay for two Atlantic crossings. These paints are produced in Finland (IIRC) .. TIA all the best Steffen

Hi Steffen If we send enough enquiries, perhaps Neomega will stock them... They must be readily available somewhere in Russia - I was looking through the threads (badly auto-translated, I'm sure) of a Russian modelling site and plenty of folks are using AKAN paints. Perhaps Sergey would know?... All the best Rowan

Hi Rowan, I remember having seen those paint bottles in the past. Now I know, it was at the ICM booth at Nürnberg... I wonder if they still plan to release them under the ICM brand. I will try to check it out. SpecialEast, which is a French online seller of East European modelling products hasn't them in their catalogue sadly... Here is a Russian site were the AKAH paints are available it seems, but I don't think they use PayPal: PlasticModel Jean-Luc

Hi Rowan Well, I rather thought of a normal webshop. Sending money to Russia is (what I've heard) next to impossible and getting things sorted out with Gordon is time consuming (even if it worked out very well for me) This paint must be available somewhere ... I thought one of our Euro users might know something. thanks for your input! @J-L Thanks! .. yes I remember them and I also read that some where in that ARC thread. ICM would be a chance ... I would be in for the two ww2 plus the Su-27 set (one of my favorite jets .. but it is soo huge) al the best Steffen
