Spitfire fans look to be in for a real treat with AZ Model's comprehensive new series of early versions.
AZ Model have released sprue shots and pics of an assembled model, along with interesting photos of the master parts and a comparison with the Tamiya kit's fuselage.

The range includes:

Z72877 - Supermarine Spitfire Mk.I early
AZ7288 - Supermarine Spitfire Mk.IIa "Aces"
AZ7289 - Supermarine Spitfire PR.Mk.IG
AZ7290 - Supermarine Spitfire Mk.II LR
AZ7295 - Supermarine Spitfire Mk.I Late

Looks like a really fine kit.Ive never built an az kit but if this is a typical sample oftheir quality then Im an instant fan.Next kit I purchase will be that spitfire.

This is simply great and the decision to do so many kinds of early Spitfires is just a magnificent one! I will most probably bring one or two from Telford, two blade prop and straight canopy have a certain appeal to me! Magnus
