The April Newsletter of the MPM group has just arrived. There are some very interesting informations about new kits to be released this year, especially in 1/72 scale. The 1/48 scale IMAM Ro-57bis should reach the shelves soon.




In 1/144 scale, Fly Company have prepared three kits of the DC-9 airliner. Each kits has different decals and comes with plastic parts, resin parts and decals for windows and markings:
- 14401 Mc Donnell Douglas DC-9 - 31 "Firebird II"
- 14402 Mc Donnell Douglas DC-9 - 32 "NASA"
- 14404 Mc Donnell Douglas DC-9 - 32 "United Nations"

- SH48096 Spad D.VIIC.1 "Captured German Jasta 38 Marking" (limited to 500 pieces)
- PLT226 DFS Stummel Habicht resin kit

In 1/48, new kit this year:
- MPM48065 Fulmar NF Mk.II 1/48

In 1/32 the He100D-1 is already available.

Nice one Jean-Luc I bet you and I will be racing each other to get our hands on the Ro-57bis, but I'm also very tempted by the resin Habicht. And the Brewster Buccaneer/Bermuder... hopefully, that's a sign MPM have a 1/48 scale version planned for the future (maybe it's time to build that old vacuform lurking in The Stash before it's totally obsolete!...).
