Re-usable die-cut camo mask set
The set includes one sheet of masks (shown in the picture). The masks are made from thin masking tape, which is easy to be peeled off and doesn’t leave any stains. The tape is tested on clear and painted model too. If carefully removed after painting, they can be used over and over again. Material is flexible and easily applied over curved surfaces. Semi-transparent for easy and accurate placing.

The set features masks for the canopy – both inside and out, the wheels and the EOTS /Electro-optical Targeting System/. The set is designed specifically for Kitty Hawk KH80132 – F-35C Lightning II. For the F-35A and F-35B, check DN Models for other sets, designed specifically for the other Lightning II variants.

The F-35C is the US NAVY Carrier based version of the 5th generation Stealth Fighter. This version will be used only by US NAVY and won’t be sold to any other country. The wings of the F-35C are significantly larger compared to the other versions of the F-35. F-35C features stronger landing gear, designed for hard landings on the carrier decks. The F-35C has other differences compared to A and B versions of the stealth fighter, required by its planned service environment.

The US NAVY F-35C is expected to appear in Top Gun: Maverick, the sequel of the legendary fighter jet movie Top Gun from 1986. The lifespan of F-35C in US NAVY will be significant and the jet will most likely play a vital role in the movie. Since it became operational only recently, the F-35C Lightning II is yet to prove how good of an aircraft it will be. Alongside with F-35A and F-35B, the US NAVY version will be the backbone of the US fighter aviation in the decades to come.
